My mother learned herbal healing the old way, watching elders in Jamaica tend to neighbors who came knocking for remedies. When she moved to the States, she brought that knowledge with her. For decades, people found their way to her kitchen table, seeking help that the pharmacy couldn't offer.

I didn't always understand what she had. It took years, and watching her help person after person, to realize that some wisdom can't be bottled in a lab. It has to be handed down.

Grandma's Remedies is that handing down. Every tea comes from a recipe she developed over a lifetime of listening to what the body needs. The herbs are thoughtfully sourced, the blends are made by hand, and the knowledge behind them is generations deep.

We're not inventing anything new. We're just making sure what worked for our family can work for yours.
