  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.



3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package’s journey directly on our website [Link to Order Tracking Page] or via the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).



4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your local shipping carrier or contact us at support@yourstore.com so we can assist you further.



5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.



6. Shipping & Tea Quality

Tea is a sensitive product. To ensure the freshest experience:

  • Weather Delays: During extreme heat or cold, we may hold shipping to protect the tea’s quality. You will be notified of any significant delays.
  • Signature Requirement: For high-value orders (over $200) or during extreme weather, a signature may be required upon delivery to prevent package theft or spoilage.


7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your tea arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping delays (e.g., it sat in a hot truck for too long), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit. [Link to Return Policy]



8. International Shipping (Optional - If Applicable)

  • Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • International Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
